The market we are in is a true "Buyer's Market". It is not a fence-sitting, waiting, loitering, delaying,
postponing, vacillating, dawdling, hesitating, wavering, pausing, foot-shuffling market. It is a Buyer's Market!
By it's very name it means buyers should be doing one thing and one thing only and that is BUYING!
However,
many people are not buying and that is the great irony of this current Buyer's Market. Even though the opportunity
to buy is high, buyer's urgency has hit an all time low. The media seems actually excited to deliver negative news
and uninformed advice and buyer's buy it all!
This reluctance is ironic since not so long ago buyers
were incredibly excited about buying - and it was a Sellers' Market! Prices were escalating and it was perhaps one
of the most difficult times to buy value and yet people were buying like there was no tomorrow. Buyers were afraid of
losing out by not buying, even though the advantage was all to the seller.
Now a shift has occured. Fear
is still in the driver's seat but the tables are turned - the fear of paying too much seems to stop most in their tracks
and imobilizes them. When they should have been afraid of paying too much they weren't, and now that they shouldn't
be afraid of paying too much they are!
The "Herd Mentality" is being displayed at it finest, where everyone
is afraid to make a move! But the ones at the head of the pack, taking advantage of these amazingly low interest rates
and incredibly low priced homes (especially the bank foreclosed homes) are the ones that will win big in the end! This
is one of those special times in history when the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. More millionaires came out
of the great depression than any other time in history. Take full advantage of this Buyer's Market if at all possibly
for you, and don't be scared by what the media says. You your own head and logic and take a look long term at the
current prices and the historical data concerning real estate and you will see that NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!
